A bit OT: yup, tapal system in many areas, while in some, not even a single inch of tapal. Case in point, coming from Boni and going to Guadalupe, just before the bridge, the outer lane is so badly worn out it'll feel like you're riding a jackhammer if you pass by it and you're doing moderate to fast speed.
