car got bumped in the rear during traffic.

My question is, kaya bang irestore yung ganitong sira outside sa casa?

if that is all plastic, "easily".
ask the outside pintor how much he will charge you, and ask the insurer the participation fee.
and don't get into any agreement with the bump-er, without your insurer's approval.

Ano yun damage? Wala bang ibang angle?

Saka huwag ka maniwala sa sabi-sabi ng kung sino sino about insurance, more often than not wala wala pa rin silang experience kaya nila sinasabi na matagal or mahirap mag claim.

looks like PDR can take care of that. it shouldnt take casa that long to fix that. but it will depend on the number of jobs they're working on.

You can do it on your own itulak mo lang palabas yun na dent or used a heater to help you push out the depressed part.

Singilin mo sila for the participation fee. Blowdryer and some massaging with your fingers will push it out.

    ah yes, much better picture.
i have seen the banawe guys do it using ordinary industrial-strength heavy duty handheld hot air blower. (o sige! hair dryer! heh heh)
the blower will soften the plastic, so's the worker (you! heh heh.) can push the plastic back out.
if you are lucky, the paint won't show visible marks...
    if you are un-lucky...
the good thing is, it's plastic and won't rust. ever. you can opt not to have the paint re-touched, as a reminder of this experience.

If I may ask lowered na owner jeep or sasakyan ba nakabangga sa iyo?

What they say is true, mababalik yan ng mabutii using heat gun and pressure. Magkakaroon lang ng visible stress marks sa paint sa right side where the angle of the depression is sharp. Have it done sa body shop if you are not the DIY type.
