Singilin mo sila for the participation fee. Blowdryer and some massaging with your fingers will push it out.

ask the outside pintor how much he will charge you, and ask the insurer the participation fee.
and don't get into any agreement with the bump-er, without your insurer's approval.

    ah yes, much better picture.
i have seen the banawe guys do it using ordinary industrial-strength heavy duty handheld hot air blower. (o sige! hair dryer! heh heh)
the blower will soften the plastic, so's the worker (you! heh heh.) can push the plastic back out.
if you are lucky, the paint won't show visible marks...
    if you are un-lucky...
the good thing is, it's plastic and won't rust. ever. you can opt not to have the paint re-touched, as a reminder of this experience.

If I may ask lowered na owner jeep or sasakyan ba nakabangga sa iyo?

What they say is true, mababalik yan ng mabutii using heat gun and pressure. Magkakaroon lang ng visible stress marks sa paint sa right side where the angle of the depression is sharp. Have it done sa body shop if you are not the DIY type.
