Body Rust - latero or fiberglass?

Mga sir need help regarding to the body rust of my honda city typeZ, near the connection of rear bumper to the fender.

Ask ko lang kung ano ang magandang pang repair kasi nagtanong tanong nako dito sa lugar namen sa Pacita Laguna, ang sabi sakin mas maganda daw fiber glass mas matagal ang chances na kalawangin yung pinag-dugtungan unlike sa pina-welding mo, pero thats a fiber glass worker's point of view... pero sa latero mas maganda daw pa welding para mas sealed ang dugtungan para daw hindi pasukan ng tubig, sabi rin niya na ang fiber ay sumisipsip ng tubig kaya prone sa kalawang yung dugtungan... ehh nalilito nako, kaya i need some pointers mga sir.

Me marecomend ba kayo na shop near my place, Pacita Laguna.

Go with the sheet metal.

latero is better but make sure the area is repaired properly and the new metal is properly painted. If not, rust will again form in the area and the damage might be worst.

Okay latero nalang siguro.. salamat sa infos mga sir...

btw.. oks na ba yung 1.5k spot paint ang gagawin sa damage part.. pag buong pannel ang pinturahan 2.5k??

True, dapat properly painted. Or else, rust ulit.
just my advice, tingnan mo rin yung loob ng welded joints, hindi lang ang labas na nakikita mo. Ang nangyari kasi samin nangalawang mula loob palabas. wala kasi paint protection yung welded area na yun sa loob.
