thanks for your response guys, sometimes its so hard to believe that we really are proud to be pinoy! BUT maybe because majority of the fuel saving device especially those are known and has advertising budget are really not true! ^ Pls post certification from DTI, DOST, DENR. Kung totoo kasi yan, dapat Gov't mismo gagawing mandated yan kasi nakakatulong pala sa economy at environment natin. Walang politiko ang manghihinayang na hindi yan i-endorse kapag totoo.

If your belief is strong, go to the media (Tri-media pa) para patunayan yan. Mababalitaan din namin if totoo yan or hindi.

Nope.

If combustion is perfect, you will see nothing emerging from the tailpipe.

If you see moisture, either there's water in the air or water in the fuel tank. If you say that you will see moisture at the pipe after using this product... then what's inside the product...? Bingo.
