January 17th, 2005 07:19 AM #1May nagsabi sa akin na there have been many cases na tumaob/turn turtle daw ang pajero especially the gen 1 and gen 2 models totoo ba ito? how about the gen 2.5 and gen 3? Di nga ako maniwala eh kasi nakita ko mga pics ng offroad adventures dito ng pajero.....

lahat naman ng sasakyan na mataas may tendency na tumaob eh. hindi lang pajero

Like Bing said, kahit anong 90's SUV (the real ones anyway), basta niliko mo at high speed may tendency tumaob. Search the internet for 'Elk Test'.

pajero;s and other SUV's were never intended to make sharp turns and fast cornering like a regular car.

even the Rav4 has a warning in the manual that it has a tendency to flip over.
though some high-end SUVs can handle high speed cornering / turning, like the X5 & Cayenne.

x5 n cayene are suvs that have car underpinnings. u can't these babies offroading.

Ang pinakamabilis kong takbo sa curve gamit ang Escape ay hanggang 60kph lang. Ung sa may UP C.P. Garcia.
Pag lumampas pa ko dun..kaya pa siguro hanggang 80kph. kaso nakakatakot na eh. To think na cross-over SUV na eto ha.
Pano pa kaya ung mga true-blue SUV..hehe
Ingat na lang. Di naman tayo kumakarera eh.
