mga pare proton user ako. 97 wira 1.5 gli.

share ko lang mga reklamo ko.

busted yung fuel gauge ko, nagsasayaw pero pag tumigil ka hihinto at makikita mo yung tamang reading heheh...

pinacustom ko rin yung harap kasi nga pangit lumang logo ng proton parang araw na di mo malaman heheh...

yung labasan ng aircon balibali na pero papagawa ko kasi mitsu parts lang un

ang pinaka reklamo ko ay yung laging tumataas ang temp pag hinahataw ko lagi at tirik ang araw. kaka overhaul ko lang ng radiator at 2 na fan pero ganun parin. so far dipanaman nag ooverheat

at ang pinaka badtrip ay sobrang tagtag! diko alam kung pina lowered nung dating may ari kasi lagi sumasabit sa matataas na parking.

pero despite this dipa ako pinapalya ng makina kasi nga mitsu sya at ok pa hatak kaya lagi ko hinahataw hehhe..

Hi robenson,

I just joined tsikot and I'm also an owner (2nd) of a wira aeroback, my 1st car.

Same problems:

Fuel gauge - sa may p. tuazon daw meron nag-aayos, but I just try to maintain content of the gas tank. Ilang beses na ako naubusan ng gas, thank God di naman nasisira pa ung fuel pump

Aircon/dashboard - still looking for a replacement, brought about by another problem:

Servo - probably one of the reasons why the 1st owner gave up on the car. Was able to manage by getting replacement kits. I had mine from a roosevelt auto supply in front of PMI. Replacement costs are a killer.

temperature/engine heating - check. also the tappets are noisy.

tagtag - check. not sure about the engine supports, most mechanics have a conflicting diagnosis, so i'm unable to replace them yet. shock mountings are also doubtful.

transmission - napabayaan ko once ung ATF, but so far so good after replacing. after reading the threads here, i'm going to have it checked again.

roof - starting to rust, especially the ones on the near edges

so far, paisa-isa lang ung repairs. hopefully i can get it restored.
