pagsakay ko parents ko nagrereklamo pangit daw sa ride ng pajero 2.5 ko, mas masarap daw sumakay sa luma naming gen 2. i think isang reason yung inch lift kaya tumagtag and lumakas body roll.. imho

Never noticed that "nakakahilo" effect but I wasnt really fully satisfied with my Pajero's ride either. I had Ironman coils installed on the rear and had the front height adjusted thru the torsion bar (?) Now, not only did it give my Paj a 2" lift but also a more stable and comfortable ride. I'll post pics of the new "look" soon.

PROMDIBOY, very very nice observation! its quite possible since the center of gravity is higher because of the 1" body lift of the gen2.5

benchph1, ser ako lang po nag-imbento ng term na gen2.5 Hindi pa po siya gen3 because ang iniba lang naman ay yung blister fenders and some suspension parts (front stabilizers, settings). In short, its just a cosmetic change, but since noticeable and hindi naman all-new, gen2.5 lang

The 2.85L 4M40 engine has been around since 1993! Grrrr!!!

Tom, welcome to the boards dude! Nice work on the Prado! Beautiful mags!

The GEN 2.5 is essentially a GEN II in different clothes. Same frame, same underpinnings. Even the engines are the same.

I get the same feeling riding or driving a current model CR-V.

i have the same experience w bubbles... my brother has gen2 my inlaws has gen2.5

I figured it was because gen 2.5 has 16 inch wheels while gen2 has 15 inch

also i never saw the difference between soft, medium and hard suspension of gen2.5

in fairness, the gen2.5 has less boaty feel than gen2, though mas matalbog for me
