kaka galing lang namin sa dealer (diamond q. ave) namili ako ng shade ng 3M tint. yung nga lang bayad ako binawas na ang P1K+ na free tintdi bale na ganun talaga eh hirap mag haggle because of the demand

confirmed too, GLS has only 4 speakers (without tweeters) binura na nila yung 6 speakers sa GLS variant specs on display :eek di bale na rin upgrade na lang later

    it'll be release next saturday

As far as the maintenance cost, it can still go within the 3k-4k range if you opt to use the regular oil. I had my first 1k checkup changeoil with diamond motors and it didnt cost me 4k just because i opted for regular oil. And you are also right in the assumption that if you change your oil religiously for every 5k, I dont see the need for you changing your oil to synthetic.

By the way, since you own a fortuner, you will notice the difference in the ride, if you get to drive the monty.
oh thats good to hear. i was at the impression that mitsu is telling owners to only use synthetic. yea can't wait to have the ms and give my fort to my wife haha! i tired of the horse like ride. hehe. thanks man!

    Hi guys,

Sa SE wala but if you read the manual, meron rear differential lock that you have to press if you want to have your differentials locked sa rear for those without the hybrid LSD. I am not sure though if that is true in this case for GLS owners. I maybe wrong but thats what i read in the manual.

yup. your right. masama sound ng stock talaga. i was about to post na nadaya tayo since walang laman yung sa tweeters. i was quite surprised to find out when i had my speakers upgraded. not that it matters since papalitan ko talaga kaso prinsipyo lang na nagoyo tayo ng mitsubishi!

anyway, for the front speakers, you need to buy separates. marami na mura ngayon. try blaupunkt since it matches perfectly with the powered subwoofer that can be placed right below the seats. our head unit supports installation of the subwoofer and the separates without necessary amps or cross overs needed. sa back, just replace it with a pair of coaxials. note that size of speakers is 6" and they may need to cut through the metal on the inside of the door to fix the mounting. yung original kasi, parang naka clip lang. if you replace, you have to screw it in. you might spend from around 10k -15k for this basic set up. just make sure malinis mag wire and marunong magkalas ng montero yung installer. for the montero, its not just as simple as taking out the head unit. kinakalas yung entire front center console so dapat marunong na sa montero yung installer...

    just my 2 cents bro.

    ty

ps.. labo talaga nung walang tweeters.. nakakagigil. can we all file a joint complaint to DTI? ty.

Bro where did you have yours done?

You're right dapat sanay na sa Montero ang gagawa. Yung din kinakatakot ko pag nagpa upgrade ng sound setup baka pag balik ng front center console e may kalampag na akong marinig. Kaya up to now medyo waiting in the wings ako.

6500 po. 1 year program. 4 quarterly sessions of pampering to seal that gloss and shine! best time to have the optiguard is right after you get your ms from the dealership

But like i said, its up to you how crazy you want to go. My setup isn't very expensive, its the amp that cost me a lot since i wanted it under the passenger seat, but the space was way too small for normal amps, so i had to get an amp that was specifically smaller.. it's a rockford fosgate amp, which was about 22-25t... all in all, without the head unit, it cost me about 60t.. focal seps, the amp, and rockford subs. 10". oh and i had sound deadening materials placed inside the door panels.. And of course wiring.
    focal + rf

would appreciate a snapshot of the subs and where its positioned. thanks again!
