Hahaha. Hataw as in floor the pedal ah.

Most subcompacts like the City and Vios are fuel efficient. Something like 10 km/L for city driving routes for a petrol AT car is good enough.

longer wider and its for 7seats.. the weight does reduce the fc by abit.

a diesel 1.2M innova E AT after discounts is still better

Sakto naman yun lalaki nun umupo. Ü

10km/l on a vios or city on city driving is doable basta ur traveling at around 15km on average.
Try that on the same 1.5 engine with a heavier car, fc will suffer. Compare mo fc ng city vs brv & Vios vs rush.
    Same engine heavier car.

Stop n go just destroys the consumption.

Different with diesel. It sips on idle, and has lots of torque down low where it matters in traffic.

Weird. Sudden acceleration? Yung idle up will just kick the rpm by about 200-300 rpm when the aircon engages. Barely enough to make a "sudden acceleration".

I have a tip, it was provided to me almost 2 decades ago from the old tsikot and kotse days, when i was young and thought brand new cars are perfect....

"if your new car is giving you that much headache, sell it." ayun, di ko na lang pinansin and the car is still with is now still reliable. Looking back, maarte lang ako noon and have too high expectation.

if you test-drove three of them and all three drove the same way,
chances are, it's probably "normal for the course".
whether you decide to live with it or not, is up to you.
    heh heh.

    and i agree,
    "nothing is perfect".

Flooding the forum unnecessarily with your problems is not good ... Don't expect a 1M vehicle to have the same attributes as a 1.6M vehicle ...

"underpowered" is relative, in my opinion.

what can it do, and what do you want it to do for you?

It’s all relative, depending on the previous rides you had.

For the average Juan Dela Cruz (like me), the 500K peso savings is huge money really though if you look for better performance in terms of power and top tier features, the CRV will be off course the better option.

Has any owner here encountered this issue?

    Post from James Deakin's FB:

To all the Xpander owners that sent me messages about the fuel pump, here’s Mitsubishi Philippines official reply

Bad trip talaga kapag sa fuel pump. Anytime bigla na lang hihinto ang makina.
