perhaps the question should be, "how fast can it do it, wtf (with the family)".

in response to your query, my answer would be, "kaya naman. just as there are other, more powerful vehicles that can do it faster."
but, as the vehicle is not yet in mass use here, all we can do is read reviewers' writes.

my nearer-the-metro gauge for "kaya-ness", is that short upward stretch of road one must pass thru, going to and from tagaytay highlands.

I also wonder whenever there is a new vehicle, people keep asking “kung kaya ba nito umakyat sa baguio or tagaytay”

Most modern vehicles can climb baguio no doubt, depending on the driver’s skill.

Short answer - lahat ng bagong kotse kayang umakyat ng Baguio or Tagaytay.

Kaya yan for sure bro! Lalo pag matic, kusang nag asdjust yan unlike m/t need mo pakiramdaman at timplahin ang clutch at gas especially if my traffic or stop and go (i doubt if meron)...

Also, if avanza can make it, for sure xpander will do...

FWD lang kasi ang Xpander, unlike Avanza na RWD.

FWD/RWD doesn't matter. Drivetrain does. Both Xpander and Avanza have 1.5L gas engines mated to 4-speed automatic transmissions.

Due to the small engine displacement, both will need to be revved high (around 4000 rpm) to maximize torque for uphill climbs with a full load. This is the same case for all other gas fed cars with small engines and full seating capacity.

ilan kaya ang sumagot ng, "hindi kaya, ser. kinakarga po yan sa trak at dinadala sa baguio."

another question oft asked is, "kaya ba ng mini car ang long trip papuntang prubinsya? mag-o-overheat ba siya?"
