most probably fuel float assembly sira diyan... i think si PB nagpalit na nyan and may kilala rin ako nagpalit na nyan, ganyan nga ang symptoms... around 3-4k pesos ata ang assembly... try calling eldorado,motorix or any of your suking mistu parts supplier.

Nakapagpalit na ko neto before di na nakuha sa change carbon brush. Eto naka engrave sa body "Denso 062500-6630 12 6U" nakabili ako sa suking Auto Supply ko sa Commonwealth 3k plus ang orig denso meron din sila na Circuit ang brand 1.8k ang price. Denso parin pinili ko.

Pwede na rin pala kahit Orig na Denso at 3K plus... Kala ko mga 6K + yung brand new na Malaki. hehehe

Yung maliit na condenser fan kasi 2.5K bili nung kakilala ko...

Ang alam ko 6k yung orig na malaki. So better double check kung orig ba talaga na denso japan yung 3k

Guys, may nagpalit na ba sa inyo ng alternator? Sabi ni Joseph A. buo na daw bilhin ko kesa yung palitan ko lang ng parts. So, anyone replaced their alternator from Bestcolt, Coltline, and SP Intl and how much kuha nyo? Eto lang alam kong shops that sells genuine mitsu parts in Banawe. TIA

May problema ako ngayon sa JDM ko. As I was driving yesterday night at A. Bonifacio/C3 area going home, bigla nalang akong namatayan ng fog lights tsaka park lights. Headlights ok pa naman. So I thought fuse lang problema. Upon checking today, lahat ng fuse ko buo. Ni-check din namin relays at buo din lahat. Anyone knows nasaan kaya ang possible na problema?

Ganyan din problem ko and thrice nakong namamatayan buti na lang sa loob lang ako ng city. I think alternator na problem ko kasi yung amaron battery ko 1 year pa lang and pina-check ko last week ok naman daw. Pa check ko din this week fuel filter and yung gas tank kasi minsan ko na lang ginagamit yung vehicle.

Actually sir sa rey din ako nagpapagawa ng electricals and ang gusto ko nga yung 110 amp kasi stock ata is 90 amp rating basta mababa lang siya. Lately ko lang nalaman na may higher rating na alternator pala.

I think nasa 6.5k siya . Yan din ang quote sa akin kung mag papalit ako alternator. So far hindi pa naman ako nag papalit ng OEM kong alternator. Malakas pa ang charging niya, always nasa 13-14 volts.

if buo fuse and relays, then switch stalk. yung foglights mo ba kasama wiring ng parklights? sa FM kasi oem style may sariling switch na nakarekta kahit hindi susian eh.

Nope, OEM style din siya.

Nag re-test kami ng relays ng tail at headlights. Ayun, nakita na rin ang sira. Yun relay ng tail lights ang dahilan.

Pag talagang tumatanda na ang sasakyan eh nag-uumpisa na rin maglabasan yun mga unexpected mong masisira.

Tsaka pansin ng erpats ko, palagi daw naka-trigger yun relay. Dapat daw talaga, hiwalay ng relay ang fogs at di dapat isama sa park lights relay

I had mine replaced already.. The old one was repaired twice, recon unit..ishin denki at 6.5k..after 6 months, needs changing IC,then after 6 months changed rotor windings. still working good but for peace of mind, i opt to change it with new..
I asked first eldorado in bicutan.. quoted me 50k for bnew oem alternator!
i said, no way! hehe..
then, they suggested to get this nalang.. Bnew unipoint alternator, 90 amps.. Taiwan made yata..
I got mine at 14k..
been using for 1 year palang and running good till now...
later this year, had visited mitparts in banawe and they quoted my 24k for oem bnew mitsubishi electric alternator..i had known mitparts first, rather got that oem..but well see how long this unipoint will do. hopefully tumagal din serbisyo nya.

Gentlemen, my fuel gauge seems to have a mind of its own these days. I'd fill up my tank and the needle only goes up halfway. Has anyone experienced this? And if you have, how did you have yours repaired?

ganyan dn nangyari sa fuel gauge ko dati sir..
full yung tank pero half lang sa gauge..
i tried replacing with replacement brand na circuit, palpak..umiilaw yung low fuel warning kahit puno..tapos bumigay kaagad..
dahil nga may kamahalan yung oem 3-4k, sinubukan ko buksan yung original na float.
found out na yung needle contact pudpod na..yung coil naman maganda pa..mas nauna napudpod yung needle.
kaya ginawa ko, sinolda ko nalang yung area na napudpod..para bumalik sa dating shape kaya maganda na ulit contact ng needle sa coil..
ayun, 4 years na ngayon ok padin..saka ganda ng scaling nya..every line, gives roughly 20 liters.
kasi pag ifulltank ko, nasa topmost line sya..
then travel ako, say mga 200 plus kms sa tripmeter, pagnagpagas ako, nasa around 20 liters bago mag full..
same with the 2nd line..tatakbo around 400kms, or mga 40 liters..

full tank sa carmona petron..reset trip meter..
travelled from cavite to iloilo and refuelled at guimbal, iloilo..
443 kms total distance travelled.. fuel refilled up to full tank 32.8 liters..
13.5 kpl..
