Kanina tinesting ko ung alarm o alarm ba talaga..
pumasok ako sa loob ng monty tapos nilock ko gamit remote..
tapos inistart ko walang alarm parang normal lang!
pano kaya pwedeng gawin?

Mga sir, ask lang po i have gls-v unit. Hindi nag automatic lock ang mga doors pag nag on na ang ignition? Meron bang option ang alarm ng monty pag nag ignition on ako nag lo-lock or pag nag step sa brake? Tnx po!

The add-on alarm takes the signal from the stock keyless entry system. However, the stock ekeyless entry signaling turns off once the ignition is at on. Hence it cannot be reprogrammed with the buttons. Found this out by probing the pins. (i do have a little car electronics know how to substantiate my findings). So what I did: brought my car to the winter pine service center along aurora, had them reprogram the alarm module. They have a programming jig. So they will have to remove the unit from your vehicle to do just that. Had them change options 15 and 16. Silent unlock and park lights light up. Left item 14 lock chirp on since I need that to locate my vehicle in a a sea of cars whenever I park in large parking lots. Done in less than 20mins. Handed the tech a tip.

Bro, may copy ka din ba ng pang program ng winterpine alarm pang kia rio 2010 a/t? Nawala kasi yung isa kong remote, i clear ko sana memory ng module at pa associate ko yung natira kong remote para yun lang gumana sa car at di na gumana dun yung nawalang remote. Thanks in advanced!

My 2-day old MS glx mt also has problems with its alarm system. Sobrang excited mag-arm ang alarm nito, imagine nakasaksak pa ang key sa ignition (Acc position) pero nagauto arm na agad sya, armed sya pero hindi naman nakalock and doors kaya pag binuksan ko ang door to get the car key inside bigla tutunog ang alarm kaya panic mode ako sa pagpindot ng unlock button sa remote to silence the alarm.

Sir prince777, baka po pede din ako makahingi ng copy ng manual for the alarm. Nakakahiya na kasi si montero sa madaling araw lagi nagaalarm pag chineck ko naman wala naman ako makita na nakapag cause ng alarm. The weird thing is it activates around 3 am to 7am kaya talagang nkakahiya na sa kapitbahay. Lagi ko rin naman chinecheck for signs of intruders like mga balahibo ng pusa or ngat ngat wala naman ako makita. Email add ko nga pala is dudz_1108*yahoo.com. Thanks a lot!
