Your fuel filter is clogged.
Let's talk about the last - the strainer is located near the first injector (closest to you when you are facing the engine), you can either do this by yourself if you have the right wrench and a very small tip (long nosed) pliers. This is actually easy to do. Just be careful not to lose the spring, strainer, and 2 washers... this will give you the headache looking for them.
The strainer is very small so be very careful.
Wash this with gasoline and high pressure air compressor... be carefull not to let go.
Then check your maintenance checklist when you last changed your fuel filter... To my experience, cleaning the strainer is normally done first, and tested for power before changing fuel filter which is more expensive. But then again, soon you will have to change fuel filter, so better put the date on your next change.
Changing fuel filter means you have to go to the shop.
Let me know if it helps.
