    some other carb users had no problem of using E10 but I think it will only for a short run.time will come E10 will make their engine burnout that's my personal opinion since this gas isn't really for carb type engine.

    if this is happening when you shift to E10 then better go back to what your using before. otherwise have time to bring your car to your trusted mechanic sir.

    ^yup pag premium gas from uni-oil ang pinakarga ko walang hard starting sa umaga. nung holy week when we went to zambales di ako nakapagpakarga sa uni-oil so I went to Caltex and nagpakarga ako ng Gold worth 1000. Made a stop over sa NLEX Petron (lakeshore before mexico) . After a few meters pumugak-pugak na yung oto and namatayan. Inalog ko na lang yung fuel filter kase tingin ko parang nagtutubig ata yung gas na may E10 pag nakastock lang, experienced no problem after that. On our way to Manila, nagpakarga ako sa may Subic ng walang halong E10. Experienced the same problem pagdating na San Fernando ganun ulit, had to shake the fuel filter, rev hard after starting and nakarating pa naman ng Manila heheh.

    Given that, Im not so sure if its E10 related or having problems with the carb. One thing lang ang sure ako pag E10 gamit ko sa oto, hard starting sa umaga and pupugak-pugak and mamatayan pag pinaandar agad. Planning to have the carb checked and fuel filter replaced. Any ideas where I can have it checked? May available ba locally na fule filter that has water separator?

    bro I'm not sure kung merong filter na ganun parang wala ata.kahit sang shop yan pwede po. ganun po talaga ang attribute ng E10 me tubig po ng vaporize po yan tapos kakapit yan sa tangke ng gas mo then kakalawangin tangke niyo.dun na start ang problem sa auto niyo.better switch na lang po sa dati niyong gas.caltex dito po kasi samin wala pang E10 kaya yun pa rin gamit ko.

    Try to check yung Carb Kit (baka may tunaw na kit na po sa loob ng Carb) then try to replace yung Fuel filter ( kahit surplus lang po). Better to check Fuel Pump. Look for Elmer ( AM carb especialist ) sa Kamuning lang po ang shop nya!

    after that pinasok ko na sa shop pra ma check, the mekanik did some trial and error. starting from spark plug change, hi tension wire, ndi parin.. my pa testing na dsitributor galing sa friend ng mekanik na may surplusan.. pero ala parin,, the mekanik cheked the computer box.. meron daw capacitor na lumaki at prang nasunog,. so bumili ako nun 5 capacitors na sabi ng mekaniko at pina repair nila sa teknixan na umaayus ng compter box, pag install ulit prang okay na ang andar pero may palya parin. binuksan ng mekaniko ang tanke marumi pala ito kasi raw na tambay, we did a scrub on it power spray sa carwashan, and pina bili ako ng fuel pump kasi raw kahina na daw ang motor, nka bili ako sa surplusan pero ung mtor lang ang kinuha kasi ndi tlga mag fit sa GLI.. so Gli na housing gamit namin.. pag install wala parin palya parin,, try kami surplus injectors 4 pcs. same parin palya parin.. alternator nanman bumigay so pina ayus ko sa alternator man at okie na ito spend a total of buying materials cguro nasa 5k na.. 750 alternator, fuel pump 1400, starter din pla pna repair ko ksi bumigay 800, etc.. nakalimotan ko na ang iba.. after that wala parin same as usual.. so top over haul naman ksi daw loose compression.. cylinder head gasket, valve seal, pinalitan, pag balik sa head wala parin.. chheck namim ang head .. nka port and polish pla daw ito sabi ng machine shop kaya daw loose compression kasi nasobra ang pag port sobrang laki.. so bili nanman ako 6k head ng 4g13 stock.. pag install okay na takbo .. after test drive bumabalik nanaman.. at ngaun heto parin same as usual kung anong pag pasok ko sa shop and spending a lot.. pero heto parin result.. can somebody help me pls?? 09292075083.. tnxtnx

    baka meron kayong spare MAF sensor dyan. baka pwede mahiram (or rent) to test sa itlog ko. thanks po.

    meron ako kaso sira din paps... hehehehe nagpalit ako ng bago. hard starting ba?ganun yung sakin eh. problem ko ngayon yung check engine indication ko eh. nagpa MUT ako nakita coolant temp sensor, after i check umayos tapos lately bumalik na ulit, ng lo-lose kasi hinugot ko tapos ibinalik hanggang ngayon nalabas pa rin. nag reset na rin ako wala pa rin,kelangan siguro palitan na. hehehe
