i can only suggest you bring your cars to Ray Sarol for a check up. look for his contact number here in the thread. his shop is in San Juan fyi. i trust him with both our lancers implicitly. deal with him well and you will be rewarded.

for carbs, there is one shop in Kamuning, which i forgot the name pero andito sa thread na to, for cleaning and overhaul.

Regarding sa engine, ano kaya maganda palit? Although I'm not so familiar with the engine types. May mga suggestion ba kayo?

sana back read or search na lang kayo at mas marami kayong makukuhang info.

pero ill give it a go na rin for the sake of our lancer bros hehe

engine change - kung itlog, pwede mivec or 4g92t (ata yun). pero madugo yan, madugo sa bulsa hehe kasi di lang engine ang papalit mo, ibang parts pa. i heard someone spend 70k for mivec, just to give you an idea.

kalampag - pwede sa cruven. pero like i said earlier in this thread, i had ray sarol replace shocks and bushings (oem lahat) at anlayo ginanda ng ride.

Sorry morrissey. Di ako naka-edit kagad ng post ko kanina. I did do some reading of the past threads. I did also consult RS. Marami daw babaguhin kung mivec or 4g92 ang ipapalit. Since ito lang ang aking tanging oto, I'd rather not have a different engine installed. Baka parehas lang ang ipapalit ko. Konting mods na lang...

dude na-mention ko na rin to a few pages back sa thread na to. back read lng for more info at baka andun mga ibang sagot sa tanong mo. major gastos bec i choose oem shocks (KYB brand) and oem bushings. mga 14k ata if i remember right. but its worth every penny.
