Engine modification/accessories for lancer

hi guys share naman lahat ng engine modification or accessories sa lancer nyo para guided kaming newbie sa lancer..

mods will depend on your plans for your car. aesthetics or performance?

kung aesthetics, madami pwede gawin. personal preference na lang.

kung performance, most basic of mods would be the intake, headers, exhaust (IHE) route. more expensive options would be an engine rebuild or a turbo.

IHE+ Unichip gets around 150 whp at Speedlab... which is around 170-180 bhp.

Pretty good compared to some of our older cars... the 4B11 is a smooth and strong engine... about as powerful, I think, as the K20 in the Civic.

(The MX-5 2.0, on the other hand... gets around 145 whp stock... and up to 170 whp with IHE and chip...

)

para sa lancer na 4g18 engine sir. cguro engine performance po siguro unahin ko, maganda kasi tingnan na stock yung kotse pero maka2sabay sa karamihan..

mga sir follow up question lang po, meron kasi akong nakita na mas maliit ung rim size nila sa harap from 15 they change to 14 or 13 ata hindi ako sure, para saan un? porma lang ba un or may added benefits din sa handling? yung iba naman is nagpa2lit ng malaking rim like 16 or 17? para san din po yun? was it all about porma or prformance? TIA

from what i understand sa post mo,

the owner reduces his car's front rims to smaller size than those on the back? saan mu ba nakita yan sir? kung for everyday cars

larger/wider rims with wider(thinner sidewall) tires provides better traction at high speeds. i.e. from 185/70r14 to 215/45r17. means there is 30mm(tama ba?) rubber more on the road surface compared to the stock tires. more rubber more traction. and there is less sidewall. yun nga lang, less comfort

girl newbie. hirap maghanap ng magaling na mekaniko. parang me humuhuni sa under chassis ko pero lahat ng "mekaniko" na tumingin, hindi alam for sure baket. uga-uga "mababa gulong". silip-silip "shock" raw. pdeng pa-recommend kung saan magandang magpagawa na hindi kasa?
