Hi people...Share your views and comments on your mitsu dealers...We bought our mitsu at Diamond motor Valle Verde Branch. We'll, I commend them for good after sales service. Even yung sales manager nila accomodating. Pati yung salesman mabuti rin ang service. Although not all Diamond Motor Sales Dept are good. My bro bought one at Diamond Motor Fairview, surprising, di nila alam ng salesman na updated na pla yung strada unit na binebenta nila. Wla din after sales service at walang paki alam sa customer pg na p.o. na unit....

so far, i've heard good review for diamond valle verde...but i havent tried myself.

i only tried citimotors makati and las pinas. i dont recommend these two for after sales.

although I have no problem with my sales agents, its the service (PMS).

Got my ride at Diamond Motors Marcos Hiway. so far ok naman service nila and accommodating mga staff. yun nga lang wala wi-fi, hehe

Good day mga ka-mitsu, SHARE ko lang itong quote sa akin ng Carworld Pampanga for my Adve GLS sport 2011 in which due for its 20,000km PMS.

Their quotation are as follows:
Labor= 7,000
Materials = 15,000
Total = PHP22,000

Any comment guys? For sure napaka-mahal nito just for the warranty ek-eks... Anyways, pwede kayang may i-bypass sa checklist nila just to lower down the work scope and costs?

Also, Do you have any ideas which Mitsu Service centers can offer lower cost than this? Thanks...

Is the service in Mitsubishi Q. AVE good, what I mean is the monthly maintenance of your car. Are they professional in fixing cars.

Pag ilang buwan na wala pang plaka malamang nasunog ng SA or nung runner nila sa LTO yung fee In fairness, i got my plate in a week considering na requested pa number combination. Diamond Motor Quezon Ave. is my dealer.

nagpareplace ako ng bulb ng fog lamps ko dati sa Mitsu Quezon Ave and naputol nila yung lock at maluwag, sabi nila ganun daw talaga pero when I checked it putol nga. at isa pa yung nagparepaint ako ng fender dahil nasayad ako ng taxi dati, after a few days nagblat blat na yung paint.

Mga Sir meron bang thread na worst mitsu dealer?, i bought my monty at Mitsubishi Abad Santos, the sales rep told me the day before that i can get my unit the following day 10-11 am, pag punta ko kinabukasan , lahat ng papers ok na daw, i arrive 10:30am, pina stencil lang sa Lto, i told the sales rep na may appointment ako ng lunch, sabi may dinaanan pa daw sa winterpine, pina check daw mga alarm para sure, 4pm na dun lang dumating, Grrrrrrrrabe! Very irresposible , sila nag sabi na ok na unit ko then dami pa pala hassle! this is my first time to get a mitsubishi brand. At ito ang na encounter ko, Bad Customer Service,!

Yes there is. Meron mag asawa bumili ng outlander sa Union Motors and binigay ay lumang model. Take note, Union motors settled this a year after when the spouses went to DTI to sue the company.

Mitsu abad santos, Mitsu MOA and peak motors are under Union Motors.

I've talked with sales agents in the Expo, people who worked at Union are considered casual employee (tend to renew contracts before its expiration) unlike diamond employees are regular (they have security of tenure).

Got my Mirage from Diamond Marcos Hiway and okay naman ang sales but mas naalagaan ako for my PMS sa Evolander Taytay, dun din sa casa na yun napalitan yung faulty starter

Sir, ive waited for almost 3 months before i received my non vgt monty mt from citimotors makati. Same sentiments nung una, sabi ko bakit naman ang tagal wherein meron na namng PO and meaning sure buyer na...then just realized na maaring sobrang madalang talaga ang release ng non vgt and priority nila ay vgt...in fact meron dito sa group na as fast as 2-day deal for vgt variants...anyway, after getting and driving my nonvgt, so far am satisfied with the performance and worth yung waiting effort ko.

I got mine from DiamondMotors Valle Verde, courtesy of Krisnie from EvoLander.
We Talked to Krisnie July 31 but she already sold their stock st Evolander.
What she did is hook us up with diamond motors valle verde, which has a white MS GLX AT.

So I got the BPI papers prepped Morning of August 1and we paid the DP In the afternoon. May mga pautot yung diamond motors, trying to get additional cash.
BPI financing is still more than 100K cheaper so we stick to BPI.

The unit was delivered August 2. Pinagbigyan ko na lang yung SA sa raket nya worth additional 2K. So far, wife is happy with her new MS GLX AT...
