Its 1.35 with the discount at las pinas citimotors but not for the premium. I think they give 100k for the GLS premium.

Color options for the trend limited to 4 colors, three of which are not to my liking (red, white and black, so no choice silver sana).

At least sa montero regardless of variant you have 7 colors to choose from (4 for me)

But since i'm getting this vehicle as a family go anywhere carry anything battle car, the deal breaker for me was how hard it was to get to the 3rd row seats of the trend, and how the 3rd row was not reclinable unlike the montero. Fortuner/innova g on the other hand has those flip up 3rd row seats that when stowed up actually prevents your 2nd row from fully reclining, and the tumble seat 2nd row cant fully tumble when driver seat is positioned for me too without adjusting the head rest of 2nd row and/or moving drivers seat forward.

My test drives were actually spent more at the 2nd and 3rd row seats, which i found the montero to be more comfy ride and seat position wise despite its popular "masikip sa loob" comments in pothole filled and bumpy edsa doing 60 to 80 kph. Especially true for the 3rd row. The recline helps a lot.

Though i dont believe the new everest to be as troublesome as our previous fords (aussie designed ito which has stricter supplier manufacturing guidelines than usa or other jap brands based from a supplier's point of view, my trusted local mechanic advises me to stick to jap brands if i'll keep it for a long time.

Just happy i also found a dealer with the color i like with stock on hand. Hopefully it gets released before the weekend.

Safe driving and good morning to all
    Thanks Sir.
I didn't realize that Trend was limited to 4 colors until you pointed it out.
Well noted also advantage of Montero's 2nd and 3rd row. Never tested those while mobile.
