May 25th, 2010 08:24 AM #1Mga Sir I have question regarding my lancer gli 1993, OK nmn sya idrve and performance nya kaso ngchecheck engine xa sabi skin servo daw ang sira. but some others says un itim sa ibabaw nun ngbibigay daw ng hangin nmn ang sira. pls help me! on and off un check engine nya tpos mausok kpg nkaon un check engine...

nagkaroon kami ng ganyang kotse dati and sakit talaga ng lancer na yan ang servo... sa casa dati mga 2-3cars per day ata pinapalitan nila nyan...
although servo din ang problem nung amin, hindi naman ata umiilaw ang "check engine light" nun. usual symptoms na may problema ang servo eh erratic idling to the point na hindi mo na ma-adjust yung idling (based on my experience)
brand new servokit ata nun wayback was around 10-11k original mitsubishi, im not sure though if may replacement. wala pang 20min ang installation

May 25th, 2010 09:17 AM #3eto umiilaw un check engine tpos kapag nakilaw siya sir bagsak menor niya kunwari 1k Rpm menor niya kapag nkaoff check engine light kpg ngon xa babagsak to 300-400 rpm nlng minsan nga rev mo namamatay sa baba sobra ng menor...

July 19th, 2010 11:26 PM #4baka maluwag lang yung socket na nakakabit sa sensor ng air intake mo. kaya namamatay at sumisindi. check mo yun pagnaka on ang makina mo. bunutin at ikabit mo makikita mo namamatay at sumisindi ang check engine then pagnakabunot bababa talaga ang idle kasi yun ang pinakasensor nya sa ECU para magtransmit naman sa servo. Ok ang servo mo..yun lang connection mo ang problem. Pero If ayaw parin after doing my suggestion.. Baka sira na ang air intake mo and kailangan mo palitan. pero wag naman sana dahil may kamahalan.

August 4th, 2010 02:38 PM #7I had similar problem with my lancer 2000 mx few months back. Bumababa din rpm to that level you described until engine dies. At first, observed muna ko...baka nga kasi makuha sa mga quick fix na available sa market (fuel injector cleaner, fuel system cleaner, etc.). Dinala ko rin sa shell, at nakita naman ng trusted mechanic ko dun yung sinasabi ko problem. But, sad to say, after na tune-up sa shell, natiming na rin, may nalinis na rin sensors, eh, the symptoms just kept on reoccurring. Ang nakasolved lang eh, servo replacement sa casa. Its been months now, hindi ko na naencounter problem...mas smooth ang ride and mas malakas na hatak.

Try nyo lang ito sir...
Reset ng ECU (tangal battery terminals then open park light para ma drain ang charge ng alternator.) after that ibalik ulit then...ihataw mode nyo ng konti.
Check hoses for leaks, change fuel filter.
Clean SERVO, PCV, Connectors, injectors.
Clean throttle body/intake manifold
Sana mag ok na oto nyo mga paps.
