Sa Diamond Valle Verde pasig, October 28 yung schedule ng display nila.

Dumaan pala ako kanina sa Metrobank to submit my loan application. Sorry daw kasi may mali sa computation nung monthly amortization. Instead of 8.74% lang yung interest for the whole 36 months, based sa computation ko, 14.05% dapat. Good deal pa din nonetheless kasi 15.39% yung sa PSBank e. Another thing, mas bumaba yung chattel fee quotation. From 10545, naging 8940 na lang.

Dumaan din ako kanina sa RCBC, try nya daw makapagbigay ng mas magandang offer. Hehe. Balitaan ko kaya kung ok nga.
