usually 20% ang minimum downpayment ng mga banks (though there are a few na pumapayag sa 15%), tapos yung 80% plus interest payable in terms (60 months, 48 months, 36 months, 24 months, 12 months)

Minimum amount loanable sa banks ay usually PhP100,000

Take note wala pa dyan ang Insurance, LTO registration, Chattel mortgage

so you need to factor in those things.

Kaya kami ni misis nag-iipon ng malaking pangdown para maliit na lang bang uutangin sa banks at syempre pag maliit ang utang maliit din ang patutubuan

So you mean to say sir that 10k lang nabawas? Di ba sinama yung 25k discount? Dapat kasi 35k ang mababawas..

diba if you pay 10k for the reservation, you get 25k discount for the unit and then 15k for parts and accessories. I got a 25k discount from the unit so instead of paying 638k you will pay 613k.

more like, we're in the eye of the storm. pretty soon, we'll be buffeted again when the cars actually are seen on the roads and showrooms. let's hope we won't see them in the repair shops.. heh heh.

dapat alam nila yung amount insured dahil dun nila ibase kung magkano premium ng insurance mo. usually kung magkano SRP yun din ang insured amount AFAIK.
