Eto po yung collapsible seatback sa rear. Sa GLS, ang
sandalan po ay isang "3/4" at "1/4" rear seatbacks.

Ang naging problema po, I happen to fold the "3/4" rear
seatback but then, I cannot re-position to its original set-up
anymore because the seatbelt mechanism malfuntioned.

The belt locked thereby restricting the rear seatback (3/4)
to be repositioned (para maupuan sana muli)

Mitsubishi retrieved the seatbelt mechanism and endorsed
    it to MPC for EVALUATION.

I had pictures taken... kaso, am still exploring how to attach
    In these fora....

Accordingly, the "pendulum" on the seatbelt mechanism once
the seatback is being collapsed or folded, is being misaligned.
This condition activates the belt "tensioner" into lock mode.

Meaning, belts cannot be Pulled nor released into this condition.

    Will post updates again....

    To find out,
did you put the rear seatbelt into the belt storage after folding as described in the manual (page 2-11)?

Hi pde mo adjust yung clutch nasa ilalim lang ng makina yung adjuster knob. bandang gitna. may marking naman yung default settings nun kaya madali sya iaadjust.

Also nag pa PMS ka na ba ng 1k KMS? I suggest unahin mo muna yung first PMS kasi malaki ang difference sa hatak. Feel mo muna sya after PMS. Then kung hirap ka parin sa tapak tsaka mo nalang adjust yung clutch

It's probably the battery. Same thing happened to our 2004 Honda Jazz when it was a month old. Honda replaced it under warranty with a maintenance free Motolite.

Mitsubishi will probably do something similar. The warranty policy says that they'll replace the battery with a local equivalent.

Seems like these batteries are lowest bidder bulk supply pieces of junk.

    To sir calix0305,

ay nakahiga din, kaya, the seatbelt 'pendulum' will lock now the belt
permanently. Ang sandalan ngayon (3/4) ay hindi maibalik kasi, eto
Ay nahahatak nuong seatbelt mismo na naka lagay sa 3/4 rear seat
    back (na na-fold)

    To ser noob*cars

Nag lock ang seatbelt kase nakatumba ang seatback (folded position). Normally,
Ang seatbelt mechanism should be upright para mag function yung belt smoothly
Unless there is a sudden force or pulling, yung "pendulum" sa loob will automatically
    Trigger its locking...

Secodnly, yung seatbelt na tinutukoy ay yun nasa gitna.... Hindi yung nasa gilid (na
Parehong may "seatbelt storage" sa gilid... Yung sa gitna po ay wala...

In this case naman, nakatumba ang sandalan, thus, yung seatbelt "pendulum
Mechanism" is not in its normal position, kaya eto ay automatically nagla-lock...
