FOR THE RECORD, mine is GLX. as early as 2 months after my purchase, I got the stock 17" mags ng GLS Sport and Mickey Thompson ATZ, so lumaki na agad ang mags and tires ko... matatapos na ang warranty ko this december and FOR ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES wala naging problema ang mga warranty claims ko. And as far as I know, wala din na-void na warranty ng other TSCP members under analogous circumstances, otherwise AKO MISMO as President of TSCP ang tatawag sa service manager nila to correct that mistake... you can quote me on that!

ingat po tayo sa pag-post ng mga misleading info... and lalo tayo mag-ingat sa mga tamad at nagmamagaling na SA ng mga dealer!

as far as i know, part by part ang pag-void ng warranty. so kung magkaplit ka ng masmalaking tires/mags, warranty ng suspension lang yung mavovoid, hindi mavovoid yung warranty ng electricals and engine mo, tama ba sir TP?

To anyone: please provide the SCV's part number of any current (Thailand) Strada/Montero Sport sourced 4M41 SCV... lets compare it with a (Japan) Pajero sourced one. Pati na rin yung (Thailand) 4D56. In case any of you might know about it, please fill in the blanks:

Sir, dyan ko kinuha unit ko. Pagkakaalam ko meron pa nga ibang unit na bago ni release ay nagpalit na mismo ng stock mags/rims. Mismong casa pa nag offer sa kanila na i-swap yung stock to upgrade into monty mags/tires.

Ganun din alam ko sa mga Monty owners, madaming paglabas pa lang ng casa iba na ang nakalagay na mags/tires....kaya nga dami ngayon monty stock mags/tires sa market na brand new talaga.

hehehehe...nag init tuloy ulo ni Sir TP :D nakakainis nga naman ang ganung reasoning lalo na kapag galing sa casa mismo.

Yung ibang SA gusto kasi nila sa casa ka kumuha ng mags at gulong which the price is 25% higher compared mo sa labas. Kaya ang panakot nila pag pinalitan mo ng mags at gulong sa labas void na warranty. Ang laging tandaan unless wala kang ginawang ibang mods sa shock at leaf springs mo di void ang warranty, unless na ang pinalit na mags at gulong ay sing laki ng monster truck (which ic impossible to install pwera lang kung ipalift mo) saka lang mavo-void ang warranty pero di ng buong unit kundi yung suspension lang po.

At kung talagang mavo-void pag nagpalit ka ng gulong at mags eh bakit ang casa mismo may binibentang gulong at mags na mas malapad at malaki ng kaunti sa stock na gulong ng strada?

Kung ganun ang sinasabi ng SA ay siya pwede na...pwede na siyang i-seminar ulit ni pres.

take for example my unit, dinala ko sa casa para macheck ang uneven stance, nakakabit ang 20" na rim at 50 series na gulong. Iniwan ko sa kanila pero tinawagan ako na kung pwede na kailangan ang OEM na gulong para macheck nila ng ayos ang unit ayon sa standard height. Napalitan at ikinabit ko yung OEM pero walang sinabi ang Service Advisor na void ang warranty ko, infact noong tinanong ko kung magkano damage on my part... ang sabi wala po at i-oorder nila ang leaf at coil spring para ma-correct ang fault. Kaya ngayon waiting ako sa parts. Kaya it pays to read and read and read ang Strada thread para kahit papano may panagot tayo sa SA na kulang sa seminar.

Alam ng SA yang mga isyung ganyan aminin man nila o hindi pero yung iba nagta-tanga-tangahan or pwede ring nag nagmamarunong....sorry for ranting.

gram lights 18x8 gray + 265/60R18 federal tires = 80k
gram lights 18x8 gray + 265/60R18 toyo tires = 90k

ang alam ko japanese brand ang gram lights diba? pero sabi gawa daw sa thailand? is this still ok?

saka regarding sa gulong, toyo ang choice ko kse japan, federal kse taiwan 'lang?'. what do guys think?

possible nga yan siguro sir....kaso ang nakikinita kong problema dyan is malamang yung mismong device ang hindi kumaya at malamang yun ang bumigay sa sobrang dumi ng diesel dito hehe...

sa fuel filter siguro sir...at least 15k naman siguro or kahit 20k...kasi If my memory serves me right ang buhay ng fuel filter is 40k yata...

Is the SCV problem really that rampant na sa strada's? my unit is almost 1 1/2 yrs old with 15T+ kms pero nung ginamit ko ulit kanina parang ok naman. Better safe than sorry na, off to the casa later to have my fuel filter replaced. Meron pa ba ibang problem that I should be concerned of? Sakit na mata ko kaka browse

salamat sa mga comment. *locoroco777, mag canvas pa ako. pero is gram lights a good brand? meron bang ibang strada users na meron nito? wala naman sanang naging problema. so far kse ito yung ok for me. simple lang. ayoko ng chrome or yung masyadong intricate ang design.

*javi8 ganda rims sir my dad's pajero is currently running on federal couragia MT and i'll also be changing my pirelli atrs next week. maganda yung tread pattern ng federal, self cleaning naman yung lugs during a mild offroad trip. best bang for your buck talaga.

Good day sir... ganun din po ako, kinuha ko unit ko sa Diamond Valle Verde sir.. actually nag add lang ako ng 20k para sa brand new monty tires/mags and na take home ko pa yung stock mags/tires ng GLX.. and as per my SA kasama din po sa warranty claims yung ikinabit nila na monty tires/mags. HTH
