Same question, how to avail the warranty if ever? This is one reason why I'm not confident to make a purchase online.

This got me thinking, I bought my phone, through a friend, online!

May warranty since may official receipt from the store na connected ang agent sa olx.

manufacturer warranty yan bro
parang bumili ka lang rekta sa ansons. matagal na yan nila ginagawa, dyan nila nalalamangan yun abenson. not sure kung delivery receipt lang ang binibigay nila; kasi pag sa anson rekta may discounts parin pero OR ang bigay eh.

madami gumagawa nyan bro. and i cant confirm the OR thing, but i was told by some buyers. sigurista ako eh, so mas konting discount, plus OR hehehe
sa theater works lang ako noon um-OK sa delivery receipt lang.

Yung issue ko lang sa mga Kolin brands window type at split type is ang remote control. Minsan hindi gumagana minsan biglang gagana napindot ko na ang off, or baka siguro sa battery pero brand new naman eh kailangan lang siguro palitan ng mas magandang battery.

Thank goodness for this thread because now, at least I have some information on which brand I'm going to purchase next year as I replace my A/C to inverter type.

5yrs na ngayon itong kolin split type namin, never pa nag malfunctioned kahit minsan ang remote nya.
hindi pa rin ako nagpapalit ng batteries nito since day one afaik.
