A High School teenager from a prestigious Catholic School died from Heat stroke while playing futbol yesterday.

Hydrate and rest if your feeling tired.

Heat stroke can affect any age.

Reminds me of this a few days ago. Nagsagawa ng fire drill 2pm in the afternoon, sa open field nilagay mga bata at bawal sumilong, mag suot ng sumbrero or mag payong. Naka bilad sila ng 30 minutes. The principal or who ever thought of those rules should be fired.

I'd bet mga bata lang naka bilad sa araw at mga guro nasa lilim. Pati yung principal na naka isip ipagbawal ang cap at payong sa gitna ng araw nasa lilim yan nagpa paypay pa.

My dog is confined on a vet clinic, he is in critical condition. I've been tearing up on and off all day. I just can't accept if he dies. He is the most intelligent dog we ever have. I miss his antics here in our house.

What happened and how old is your dog? I'm not sure if you are Catholic but the Black Nazarene saved my fat lab. Even her doctors can't explain what happened, how she survived. Kaya panata ko na once a month mag mass sa Quiapo as Thanksgiving. Praying that your dog recovers.

I'm so stupid I'm crying! I have a CD from 2006 and so stupid of me never to back that up kasi alam ko hindi na pwede i format. I'm transferring data from my old laptop to my new laptop, I formatted my USB DRIVE and I don't know why my CD was formatted! I don't think I pressed the wrong drive kasi na format naman yung USB. I just wanna die! That's 7 yrs of files and photos!

EDIT: I prayed hard kay Mahal na Poong Hesus Nazareno and when I tried the CD again nabasa! OMG! I am so glad I did NOT cllick anything else!

I am buying a portable hard drive na talaga!!!

Ang matindi, it's a CDR king cd! Some files hindi na nga mabasa but all the photos are fine pa.

I thought sandisk was a good brand. Both my usbs that I use for back up are sandisk

Google drive/photos is free for around 10gb, maraming pictures na yun. Sabi nga nila have an on site backup and off site backup.

BTT: A little sad that I did not get a Mother's day greeting from my friends (like they used to) I miss my work, since my bosses/colleagues pinapatulan my eccentricities and include me in the mother's day gifts/greetings since 2011. CDs can't be reformatted unless the CD is CR-RW and your CD drive supports read/write.

It's just CDR kaya I was shocked when my laptop couldn't read the cd anymore, I thought it was formatted. Looks like nagloloko na rin my DVD drive
