I can't count the number of times angry drivers have honked their horns at me because I refuse to cross the empty intersection just because the lights are red or turn right on a no right turn on red sign.

One time, I was waiting for the lights to turn green on a no-right-turn-on-red sign, I got annoyed at a driver who was forcing me to go. I got out of the car and pointed to the "no right turn on red" sign. The angry driver just shook his head and sighed.....
