who dicovered philippines

The negritos was here long before Magellan came to the island. The only reason that Magellen claim to be first discovered this island(what is now called Philippines) is just because that time Philippines is not on the map during those days. He introduce this island as a "new world" like Cristopher Columbos that discovered North America. They are the NAVIGATOR to navigate the world to seek other inhabitants.
