I was there last week it was around 16-18 degrees. Saktong chilly without needing a jacket. But if it's windy I wear a jacket.

Should get colder from Dec-Feb. Although too cold isn't fun din.

iirc, the lowest temperature i experienced in Baguio during my college days in late 90's was between 9-10 deg C. coldest month is from January until February.
