i got interested in the english version, as my parents were singing it.
so, ni-research ko. matagal na, even before i got to college.

my parents actually knew four anthems. the filipino, the americans (anglicized tagalog and oh seigh can you sey), and the japanese (required singing!).
i did not bother looking for the japanese.
