Back to work. Skeleton crew.

Same here... shutdown kami but we have to wrap up the books (finance). Petiks mode ako though since i'm not the one doing the dirty work anymore so i'll just finish some paperworks, start working on employee evaluations, review performance of the unit for the year and start plotting for my first quarter 2014... and do housecleaning (literally... to clean my cubicle). Maybe tomorrow afternoon mag-eskapo na ako to load up the car for our trip up north.

Ayos nga 'tong client namin alam naman Pasko niregaluhan pa kami ng escalated issue (aka alam ng GM namin na may problema). Pagano siguro mga 'to.

Speaking about finance one of the main reasons why andito ako is dahil may pasok si kumander. Open ang branch nila hanggang sabado. Nag-iba na talaga sila since nabili ng isang taipan.

Taliwas sa pananaw ko sa buhay, kung pera pera lang din ang pag uusapan hindi ako aalis dito, wala akong ginagawa patsikot tsikot lang kumpleto ang bayad ko. hehehehe

True, it's not solely about the pay that keeps an employee in... it's a multitude of factors that makes the work environment a pleasant one that matters a lot.
