patay tayo dyan... hindi ko kaya ang standard ni CVT.

hindi naman issue ang compensation sa company ko ngayon. Maganda ang package ko but yung trato nila sa mga rank and file ay hindi ko gusto. Taliwas sa pananaw ko sa buhay, kung pera pera lang din ang pag uusapan hindi ako aalis dito, wala akong ginagawa patsikot tsikot lang kumpleto ang bayad ko. hehehehe

kung makinis legs mo, baka makakalusot ka sa standards ni CVT. :D

True, it's not solely about the pay that keeps an employee in... it's a multitude of factors that makes the work environment a pleasant one that matters a lot.
