    gusto ko sa Nuvali, I met a retired couple from the US there, and they are currently renting with intent to purchase a home there, pa tambay tambay sa clubhouse, tahimik at safe ang paligid (relatively) and malapit lang sa malls and cinemas pag gusto gumala, halos kumpleto na dun, meralco at internet na lang ang kulang

    Hermano, I would like to take back what I said about Lian beaches being dirty.

    Apparently I generalized it that much.

    Yes, Matuod is tranquil, peaceful, and clean. I've had the chance to experience it firsthand yesterday. We were toured around various properties by an agent in the area, and there's this 3.2 hectare beach front property (with a seawall) that is for sale for a tear jerking 8 figures.

    The hunt continues ...

    Cebu seems nice...unless the traffic becomes so bad by the time i retire. i really don't know anywhere else that well to want to retire in.

    cebu has narrow roads..too many middle income families.
