Yes, Matuod is tranquil, peaceful, and clean. I've had the chance to experience it firsthand yesterday. We were toured around various properties by an agent in the area, and there's this 3.2 hectare beach front property (with a seawall) that is for sale for a tear jerking 8 figures.

Cebu seems nice...unless the traffic becomes so bad by the time i retire. i really don't know anywhere else that well to want to retire in.

cebu has narrow roads..too many middle income families.
