Don't you think it's unsafe bringing out a big dog that you can't handle or control? What if it suddenly lunges at a child?

She is very friendly. The neighborhood kids even come and visit at home to pet her. She is just hard to control when I walk her. I have so much scratches on my skin already. There are no people on the street when I walk her (early in the morning and past 10 pm)
