    What happened? I have the surface 3 I7 for more than 3 years now and my only complaint is it gets hot quickly and the noisy fan.

    Fortunately I haven't experienced something like yours both with surface 3 and Pro.. The same age as yours and works perfectly fine.

    This new one though.. Ugh. It stuck at surface logo.. It didn't give any hint it will act up like this. It just suddenly didn't work..
