    hahaha! I keep my fat lab's food in a large plastic Orocan and it has a lock It's so funny when she makes me kalabit and when I ignore her she just pushes harder and again and again while drooling. LOL. She makes me laugh talaga.

    nun ma-weights ako dati lagi ako hanap ng karne, pero talagang may side effect sa body ko ang weights eh, para lagi ako naiipitan ng ugat kung san san. minsan nga umihi pa ako ng dugo after gym. halos maiyak ako nun kasi akala ko hinde na ako tatayuan kahit kailan man. yun pala kulang sa tubig.

    i know weights matinde mag fat burn pero kung mapapatidan naman ako ng ugat, nag-cardio na lang lagi.
