Well, the one time we went to that "tie and suit" restaurant for someone's going-away party, I had to behave. Without the belching and scratching part for myself and not being able to eat with the hands for my wife, we really felt the "fakeness" not to mention the price we paid could've almost bought me a new GB DX...... it's just not us.

Oh. Right table manners? Definitely. Eating at home and eating elsewhere are some instances where we have a double-standard. At home, I belch, I scratch, I destroy my food mercilessly. My wife sometimes have one knee propped up and eats with her hands (yuk). We're a little better-behaved if we eat out.

Add: My daughter's appalled at both of us. But, when I'm starving, all manners go out the window..... after prayers, of course.

Sometimes, you have to blend with the crowd. Pero pag pati sa family and friends mo pasikat pa din, iba na un. Me, I laugh a lot lalo na if I see something really funny or if someone passes by and caught my attention. Pero when dining with friends in a top resto or bar, we all act like our age. Pag sa mga haus haus, pwede na magwrestling wrestling hahahahaha.

Everyone's like that naman cguro -- na behave in public. Except na lang cguro if sanay talaga ung tao na parang walang nakatingin sa kanya.
