    wester union or wire through bank i think banco de oro offers this, bank to bank willo definetly be cheaper, deposit on an international bank account the person abroad could withdraw the cash

    I pay for some purchases in eBay via Western Union cash pickup sa States. Its the fastest and more secure way to send money. Mas okey yan than the old padala system.
