The only hard part was facing my parents. My dad always had a laid-back attitude. He was fine with my situation so long as I did my best. It was my mom who was the problem. think she took my failures personally. I remember one week when she cooked nothing but vegetable dishes for me alone. I wasn't allowed to eat meat or poultry. All because of a low grade. Damn. It sucked. I asked why and she said it's good for your brain.
