Food isn't allowed in your GFs office so they are obliged to eat at the cafeteria or eat outside?

Does that mean they can't snack on their desk as well? Fruits or crackers? That's the first time I heard of such policy. I won't last a month in there because I have a specific meal that I eat for lunch everyday so I have baon. We also love to eat in the office and I even have a drawer full of snacks and my friends are free to get what they want Below my desk my BFF and I have one whole box of m&m cookies (we got it on 50% off sale) hehehe

Sa office/ workplace, strictly no food. Not even coffee, except pag merong Board meeting. But they have free breakfast (cafeteria) and lunch (outlet/buffet) everyday.
Nung nasa operation sya, every 2 hours naman may breaktime, they can have anything naman sa cafeteria.

But demolishing old buildings can be a good stress reliever. I'm doing one this month.

I was watching CNN Philippines with a guest doctor from St Lukes. Medyo di ako bilin sa Dr. Nung umpisa when she said beside genetics,obesity causes diabetes. Some diabetics are not obese,yung iba pa nga sporty. I just didn't like her emphasis on obesity as cause.

Then when asked what's a ideal diabetic meal. She said 50% should still be carbohydrate. I didn't let her finish her sentence at pinatay ko na TV.

Ok naman, just got a bad news last Sunday. My mother who had diabetic retinopathy like me, last January this year. her vision got worse over time and just became totally blind last Sunday. I'm sad for my mother at the same time takot din because that could have been me.

Tell your friend to hold on, wag magpapabaya sa sugar cause it can get worse than kidney.

..tsk...tsk, the diet im doing is ok for type 2 diabetics, some say it reverses it..but for type 1, baka biglang bumama yung sugar ng sobra at mag pass out, plus he has kidney problems, i refered him to a nepro nalang, just to be safe...
