Oo bro. Since nangyari yung tragedy, ngayon lang may nagkalakas ng loob maglagay ng establishment. Nag open sila this week, susubukan ko nga sana kagabi but madami kumakain.

Yep. Made a couple of investments. EGP is one of them. But those will be for rent And besides turnover is still 2018/19. I was looking at construction updates in the skyscrapercity forums. Tagal pa......

Am looking for somewhere in between QC in Makati. The kids all study very near where i live now. And my wife has her offices nearby as well. The current location is actually perfect for them. Im just the one always complaining And it would be selfish of me to uproot them to BgC or Makati area just for my sake.

Ive finally settled on a target and am Saving for something in greenmeadows. Its a good middle ground. And can get a nice bigger lot (im a sucker for space). Originally i was looking at the makati area .But for the aforementioned reasons above i have changed targets. Hoping by next year i will be able to pull the trigger. I wont sell my current house.....will rent it out. Sayang if i sell it. Land is just too valuable. Prices are crazy. I actually hope that greenmeadows doesnt go any higher.

But damn its really tough to make ipon.
