my opinion.
don't. especially if you know nothing about running a farm.
family experience, here.

ask your company about the risk.
look at the positives. but look at the negatives, even more. and ask yourself, if you can afford to lose that 500K... just in case.
"we must weigh what we might gain, by what we might lose."

20% interest may seem do-able. BUT!
some investors won't tell you up front, that that 20% is the gross. that it's actually 16% net.

she doesn't really have to know about how to run a farm

all she has to do is wait for her interest payments

if the farm is making money then LM will get her payments

as long as the farm owner doesn't prioritize other things over debt payment

ung iba kasi kahit may pera ayaw magbayad ng utang

inuuna ang sarili like mag travel or bibili ng bagong SUV etc

Parang mahirap maniwala. Gaya ng sabi ng iba, kung di mo alam ang pasikot-sikot sa isang business, wag mo munang pasukin. At saka para sakin, mahirap makipag-sosyo sa friend/colleague, pag di maganda naging takbo ng business, baka ma-apektuhan pati relationship nyo.

No, I don't. I'm just way younger that the rest of them. I also enjoy things that kids like (stationery, stickers, arts & crafts, toys etc)

sa pagka intindi ko papautangin lang si LM

di siya makikialam sa patakbo ng farm so she doesn't really need to know how a farm works (tho it won't hurt if she does)

pure tiwala lang talaga

problema pag pumutok ang cheke

pwede masira relationship nila
