Just came from a Pisay high school reunion, and had the realization that the best way to get rich is to start off rich.

These batchmates of mine are all brilliant people, but honestly my batchmates from college are better off career-wise than most of them.

After all, if you don't need to worry about your parents' retirement or your siblings' education, if you get your first car, capital for your first business, and possibly even your first property as a gift, if mommy and daddy have friends in high places that can introduce you to the right network - then you're off to a better start than people who just have grit and brains to work with.

Yeah, that is the general rule.

Rich people can afford to make financial mistakes afterall.

Dami ko nababasa ganyan. Magulang asa sa anak. Yung anak di makapag asawa. Pag regular ang bigay ng pera sa magulang at naputol, masamang anak na.

One shortcut is to marry someone rich ... Marrying into a rich family will outperform 20 years of hard work ...

the rich live in a parallel world where they have their own social network. They refer each other to the best financial advisors and physicians and problem solvers

They're in a figurative private club where they connect each other to the best people to solve specific problems

Kaya pag rich kid ka even if you're lazy and not very bright your rich and well connected parents will make sure you don't end up homeless and in the gutter... Far from that
