I don't think it's limited to women or millennials naman. Btw one can be both, but a conservative, which can turn out to be one of her many haters.

Generally speaking there are just people who likes her politics (in a moral and modern America no person should be too poor to live). In the time of Trump, she excites democratic voters. They see her as the future.
