Yes and if you check their website you can see many lineups of different summit around the world and we are unsure if those are legit. I also google their past events but cannot see relevant information aside from their own website.

    heh heh.

in my last hospital confinement, the pillow was a brand-new, still-collapsed foam type.
pag-uwi namin, "sa inyo na po yang pillow".

    seriously,
for a senior citizen like me, "sayang pera".
"i'd probably fall asleep after the first few minutes."

A bit pricey for me and plus you need to order food right? I see videos of a staff serving food in the bed.

Megaworld is into hotel business so they know very well how to handle cleanliness in the bedding.

I've tried both, Klook sa Adventure Beach Waterpark tapos KKDay sa Aqua Planet. Parehas okay yan.

Thinking of finding a good 3-star hotel near Tsam Sha Tsui MTR Station. Maybe you are familiar and can recommend me one.

    try the regal hotels chain.
we once tried a hotel i had since forgotten the name of. imperial hotel yata. i do not know how many stars it has, but it was ok. it's along the main road with bus lane, and very near the train station. pag baba namin sa bus from the airport, ayun na! it's also opposite a swatch store (pre pandemic po).
sa totoo lang, so many hotels in tsim sha tsui are near an MTR station.
    happy trip.

seasoned folks to HK will tell you, the cheapest and most efficient ride between the airport and the city, is still the bus. so plan your hotels.

tip: keep the (plastic) knife from the plane. few budget-type hotels will have a knife in the hotel room. for that matter, keep the spoon and fork na rin, just in case.
    heh heh.

Imperial Hotel or Hotel Kimberly? It has been quite awhile since we went to HK and I totally forgotten everything. My dad use to prepare and lead us but now I'm the one leading the group. Are you referring to the free shuttle bus that goes around to the 5-Star Hotels from the airport?

imperial yata. i'd remember kimberly because of its memorable name.

this is what i remember before covid...

the bus i refer to, is the regular bus with a bustop terminal at the airport.
upon exiting the arrivals bldg, turn right into a downward sloping walkway. at the end is the bus stop. choose the appropriate bus number, po. i forget the number, but it's in google, yata. "bus from airport to downtown."

fare payment is via octopus card or exact cash. no sukli. there is a card dispensing window nearby, with non-english speaking dispenser. if i remember right, no foreign currency accepted. exchange (some of) your furrin money at the in-airport money exchange. hindi naman nagkakalayo from the competition.
btw, the octopus card is good for 2 years. if you intend to return soon, you can opt to hold on to the card and not surrender it for monetary value, upon leaving.

sanay si bus sa maletas. the bus has stacking provision for multiple maletas for airport folks. don't expect a helping hand. "lift your own." good luck.
but you have to know where you're supposed to get off. the bus has small monitors to help you determine where you are. and you're lucky if the bus driver is communicable in english. it's scary the first time.

there's a free shuttle for the regal hotels. instead of turning right upon exiting the bldg, one turns left and walks a much longer way, into the regal airport hotel at the far end. the free shuttle passes by there for passengers, at regular intervals, for regal hotel guests only. heh heh.
i do not know if the other hotels offer similar service.

the limo, train or the taxi are other possibilities, but they're more expensive than the bus. kahit tatlo kayo sa taxi, the bus is still cheaper.

My friend and I got to talking about school days last night and out of nowhere he asked if I was a bully in HS. I asked him is it because of how I look (Resting Bitch Face) and he said it's just the way I talk and my personality daw talaga This is why I ALWAYS have to smile I don't understand why everyone assumes that I was a mean girl before

i chanced upon my dad's friend, and by extension, my friend too because he's a member of the tennis club i belong to, while i was doing my evening run kanina.

he was going out of the church because mass just ended when he apparently saw me from across the street and called me out. i was surprised to see he was using a walker because the last time i saw him (that was before the pandemic) he was still pretty robust.

i guess i'm just regretful because i wasn't able to go near him and extend him my well wishes due to the fact that i was in the middle of my run and i had my belgian malinois w/ me - w/c was sort of scaring some of the parishioners. so instead, from across the road; i just smiled, waved at him, and softly shouted: "good evening!".

i heard he was doing dialysis na but it was just jarring to see him so frail and so old looking na.
