Sa negosyo kasi kailangan mo optimize ang labor mo, if may sudden absence, it slows operation down. Less efficiency, less profit. Pero kung family driver lang or all around, pwede na tolerate for as long as mapagkakatiwalaan.

Kapag ganyan, 2 times lang gawin pinapapalitan ko na din. Gawan memo basta 3 memo's lang para hindi ka mapa-DOLE.

Hindi kasi magtatanda yan. At least kapag ginawa mo yan, hopefully maisipang magbago.

Yung iba naman kasi once maka-receive ng memo, may nagbabago na din. Good for them.

Possibly. Or the ac is undersized, making the air too dry. A humidifier could help relieve the discomfort...

Your throat is dry because AC is a dehumidifier, that's why pag tag ulan, we hang our laundry sa bedroom at night. Humidifier nga ang kailangan mo.

We(employer) set up a fund for employee debts. (Example P10,000)
Our employees are informed about that fund and an employee may get up to x1.5 of his salary.
They can get from that as long as there are remaining funds.
The fund will be replenished when the debts are paid.
This way, we were able to control the employee debts to us. And the employees are the ones putting pressure on the debtors to pay.
