What's the point of annulment? I mean lokohan naman na void from the start Yun marriage and parang walang nangyari kahit na gaano pa katagal nagsama yun Couple?

Pwede rin ba ibalik yun mga anak or yun Years na "void"? There's no marriage from the start BS.

At least sa divorce they acknowledge that marriage Pero ayaw na nun Magasawa.

Exactly. Yan yung di ko magets - ayaw ng mga tao sa divorce pero ok lang annulment. Eh it does the exact same thing, but costs much more so it's inaccessible to poor people, who are often the victims of abusive marriages.

And to have an annulment you basically have to say that your spouse is a psycopath, so much so that the marriage was void because he was psychologically incapacitated. Kailangan mong sabihing siraulo asawa mo para lang mawalang bisa yung kasal.

Annulment is simply stating that there was no marriage in the first place as one of the parties was not capable of doing so. Other reasons could be that one party was under duress or forced into it. Also, if one of the party was not of legal age during marriage, it can be grounds for annulment.

If you read the law on marriage, marerealize mo na pwede mangyari yan.

What if fake/conuterfetied pala CENOMAR or Marriage License ni lalaki/babae. Sa mga baryo-baryo nakakalusot mga yan eh. Yung shotgun wedding na nabanggit nangyayari rin.

Parang ordinary contract, kung may pangloloko sa pagkuha ng consent, eh talaga naman sa umpisa pa lang dapat void na ang contrata diba. Dapat bayaran ka sa nagastos mo sa umpisa pa lang pati interest from the time na nagawa ang contract kasi ang injury mo eh dun nag-umpisa, hindi sa time na nalaman mo lang na niloko ka.

I hope persons knowledgeable sa business eh maintindihan ang analogy na yan. Remember, marriage is a special contract. Special, pero contract pa din. At least for civil purposes which yun naman pinag-uusapan dito diba.

I think meron version naman na valid ang marriage from the start, then nag fail na lang eventually. I'm not sure, gotta review the family code.

Which is to be honest is BS. Nagsama na yun Couple for long years and nagkaroon na ng anak and all.

Tapos not capable pala kahit na After all of those years Eh Magasawa sila? Ano yun artista sila?

Do you need to be annulled pa ba pag underage yun isang party? Illegal yun diba?
