I have not received that advise from CIMB probably because my account is fully verified. Ingat lang bro baka scam yan. I don't think they are that inarticulate. Here's a sample.

I opened my app, and there it was, a survey asking how you get your money, what other banks you have, what investments you have and what are your plans for it. And they threaten to suspend your account if you don't reply to this? Goodbye CIMB, sa inyo na 3 centavos ko [emoji38]

That is strange. Usually when a threat is involved, there is likelihood of a scam. Good thing you ignored it. CIMB is trying now to retain their clients by offering 7% interest now after that disastrous system upgrade. [emoji36]
