Go for it. Safety and investment purposes are always great reasons.

Yes, parking may be a but more of a hassle but you will adjust AND you still have your other home.

Yes, that's why I consider myself lucky to in a spot in this neighborhood where the lots in front of me are still vacant. 3 to the left and 1 to the right and I think it's gonna stay that way for a long time at least for the one in front of me as the owner is a doctor in the US.

Not really, in my 2 years stay here, may respeto naman sa bawa't isa, even in my old neighborhood where I lived for 20 years, ganun din. It's really the open space I like, bonus na ung less neighbors na pakikisamahan hehe

A lot of people got scammed you can check "Space on Your Closet" in FB. They are selling cheap clothes and have DTI registration, ID's as proof of legitimacy but still many got scammed.....

Kung cheap clothes lang, I buy at Shein. Hit or miss ang quality kaya best to buy multiple clothes, kung maka tiempo ka ng good quality, bawi na rin. People say it's unethical to buy fast fashion (chinese at that) but it's so so cheap, it's hard to resist. Yung mga scarves/bandana ni fat lab I buy at Shein too

    why "scammed" ?
is it because, the cheap clothes were cheaper than imagined?

Buyers paid the seller but the goods were not delivered and the page isn't available. You can check it on FB and see a lot of people complaining. Site and proof of legitimacy looks legit they even have a GCash and bank accounts but in reality all are just for theatrics.

we once purchased scandinavian-style cookies, online.
when the items arrived, the tins looked fine, naman, so we did not bother to check the contents.
    upon opening, much later...
    puro basag yung mga biskwit!
